Terms of sale

This website is run by Vleedic, a clothing brand based in Morocco. When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Vleedic; “you” means the person browsing the site or placing an order.

When you place an order you receive an order number on screen. This confirms we have received your order; it is accepted once we call or message you to confirm the details, or once it is handed to the courier.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm. If that happens we will tell you, and you will owe nothing.

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier in full when your parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where you can. We do not take card payments on this site.

We deliver anywhere in Morocco. Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days of confirmation. These times are estimates, not guarantees; we will let you know if your order is going to be late.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — the courier will use them to reach you. If a parcel cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, or is refused on arrival, it is returned to us and the order is cancelled.

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, without giving a reason, provided it is:

• unworn, unwashed and in its original condition;
• returned with all tags still attached;
• in its original packaging where possible.

To start a return, contact us at vleedicteam@gmail.com or through our contact page with your order number. Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the price you paid within 14 days.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

We do our best to show every product accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen and small variations are normal in fabric and finishing. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering; if you are unsure of a size, ask us first.

The Vleedic name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by placing false orders, interfering with how it works, or trying to access parts of it you are not meant to.

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Moroccan consumer protection law, including Law No. 31-08.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Morocco.
