Privacy policy

We only ask for what we need to get your order to you:

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the items you buy.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you choose to join the Vleedic circle.

We never ask for, or store, card or bank details: you pay cash on delivery.

• to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to handle returns;
• to contact you about your order — usually by phone or email;
• to answer your questions;
• to send you news about drops and offers, only if you signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time;
• to keep accounting records and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• the courier who delivers your parcel — your name, phone number, address and the amount to collect;
• the companies that host our website and store our order records;
• authorities, where the law requires us to.

We keep a single identifier in your browser's local storage so your cart is still there when you come back. It contains no personal details, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where needed.

We keep order records for as long as Moroccan accounting and tax rules require, and messages for as long as needed to deal with them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it;
• stop using your data for marketing.

To make a request, email vleedicteam@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the shop. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also let you know by email where we can.
