Service policy

Once you place an order, you will see your order number on screen. A member of the Vleedic team will then call or message you on the number you gave at checkout to confirm your size, address and delivery details.

Please keep your phone close after ordering. If we cannot reach you within a few days, we may have to cancel the order.

• We deliver anywhere in Morocco.
• Orders arrive within 2–5 working days of confirmation.
• Any delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you place your order.

The courier will call you before delivering. If you are not available, they will try again; a parcel that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts comes back to us and the order is cancelled.

You pay nothing online. When your parcel arrives, pay the courier the order total in cash — having the exact amount ready helps. You are welcome to check that the parcel is intact before paying.

Changed your mind? You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is:

• unworn and unwashed;
• returned with all tags still attached;
• in its original packaging where possible.

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the price you paid within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered.

Wrong size? Within the same 7 days, and under the same conditions as a return, we can exchange your item for another size or colour of the same piece, subject to stock. If what you want is sold out, we will refund you instead.

If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is faulty, or it is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery — a photo helps. We will replace or refund it, and cover the shipping both ways.

Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — parcels we were not expecting can take much longer to process.

Each product page lists its own care instructions. As a rule, wash inside out on a cool cycle, skip the tumble dryer, and never iron directly over prints or embroidery — your pieces will keep their shape and colour for much longer.
